Our Sourdough PIZZA, BREAD + CRACKERS are Clean, Natural, and we Never Add any Preservatives or other Commercial Agents… just 100% Clean Baked Goodness like Nature intended We use only Natural Wild Yeast STARTERS as a leavening agent* together with Water and Flour, that’s it.
Our Sourdough Production requires a dilligent hands on process over a few days. It takes upwards of 48-72 hrs. to make each batch of the Sourdough we use for all of our Homemade Pizzas, Bread and Crackers.
No Instant Yeast, On-Demand Baking here, just laborious, natural, old world baking.

*A leavening agent is the substance that causes dough to expand by releasing gas once mixed with liquid, acid or heat. In normal commercial bread/dough production the leavening agents can include baking soda or baking powder, whipped egg whites or cream, active or instant commercial dry yeast, and a number of additional preservatives and stabilizers can be added to the process as well.
